About

Have you ever had that nagging feeling that there was something more to do with your life? I don’t remember exactly when it started for me, but it has been a driving force in my life for the past several years. My life’s theme song could be any one of Switchfoot’s songs – “Dare you to Move,” “Meant to Live,” “This is Your Life,” etc.

I grew up in Sterling, VA with my wonderful parents, and two awesome little brothers. My life consisted of private school, friends, G.I. Joes, Transformers, Legos, soccer, swimming, and running.

Today, although life looks pretty different, it is still exciting. I live in Leesburg, VA with my beautiful wife and five fun children. We homeschool our children, although, admittedly, my wife does all of the work. I work full time at Concert Technologies of Dulles, VA as… well, the motto around the office is “do whatever it takes.” I just received a full scholarship to the University of Phoenix, and I will be attending online classes through 2011 to achieve my Bachelor’s Degree In Business/Organizational Innovation. I also serve at McLean Bible Church’s Loudoun campus with the online communications team in the Kid’s Quest ministry.

A defining moment for our family is when we committed to become and remain financially debt free starting in January of 2008. In 10 intense months, we fought our way to freedom, while developing a deep bond and new precedents for our future.

My purpose in life is to glorify God by enjoying Him forever (Westminster Catechism/John Piper). My goal is to be a godly husband and father while encouraging others to live a life of worship to Jesus that extends outside the doors of the church building. I desire to be authentic, transparent, and passionate in my life, work, struggles, and joys.
