Why Twitter?

Here are a few reasons I like using twitter, twitter, and twitter

• Social aspect of facebook/myspace/virb/etc without the messy infrastructure and page long profiles
• Messaging aspect of aim/yahoo/etc without the pressure of “instant”
• Short reading – only 140 characters per message
• Useful for connecting, networking, info gathering, team building, idea sharing
• Applications connect it with other frequently used websites making it even more useful (budgeting, blogging, task lists, calendar, etc. etc.)
• Can be updated anywhere and everywhere with a mobile phone
